We offer several convenient trial entry and fee payment options.

To Enter the PMCC Paradise Cup Trial:

1. Mail-in Entry Option:

   • Print and fill out completely the entry form. Mail to the address on the entry form. Use one entry form for each dog you're registering.​

   • Mail-in Entry Payment Options

     1. Pay with a check made payable to: PMCC Services, LLC and mail to the address on the entry form​.

     2. Pay via Venmo

        • Paul-Mount-15​

        • Please indicate in the Venmo note section "Paradise Cup 2023"

     3. Pay via PayPal
