Return Policy

• Orders may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund credit. Please email us to start the return process. 
• All returns will be refunded as a credit. 
• Unopened product(s) will receive a full credit. 
• Partially consumed product(s) will receive a pro-rated credit. 

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs.  However, upon receipt of your return, we will credit you for the shipping costs along with your merchandise refund credit. 

Shipping fees:

• $10.00 flat rate for orders under $100 
• Free shipping for orders of $100 or more
• Free pickup at trials. Email us and include a note with your order to confirm at which of our trials you wil pick up your order.
