UKI Agility Trials

PMCC Services is the top UKI agility trial secretary in New Jersey.  We look forward to seeing you and your canine teammate at our trials.  

 

To enter UKI trials you and your dog must have a UKI number. If you or your dog do not have a UKI number, please register with UKI to create your UKI online account. Make note of your Handler # and Dog #(s) as you will need them to complete paper entry forms.

We offer several convenient trial entry and fee payment options.

To Enter a PMCC UKI Trial: 

​

1. Online Entry Option:

   • Click the "Enter Online" button to log-in to your UKI account to enter and pay online.

2. Mail-in Entry Option:

   • Print and fill out completely the entry form. Mail to the address on the entry form.

     • There is one entry page for each dog

     • There is also a single summary page for all your entries

   • Mail-in Payment Options

     1. Pay with a check made payable to: PMCC Services, LLC and mail to the address on the entry form​.

     2. Pay via Venmo

        • Paul-Mount-15​

        • Please indicate in the Venmo note section the UKI trial name/location

     **All entry fee payments must be paid before the trial**

Day of Show/Late Entries: 

​

Most of our UKI trials can accommodate day of show and late entries. Please contact us for availability, how to enter and late/day of show entry fees.
